The Protone balance pad is ideal to help increase your balance strength. You should ensure the floor is level, and place the pad on a non-slip surface. A yoga mat can be used to help the road from slipping. Follow our guide below for some great tips!
1 ) Stand on two legs. Balance without using your arms, or bending your hips.
2 ) Stand on one leg. Try and hold your pose, and increase time as you progress.
3 ) Raise your arms. Try adding to your one leg by raising your arms overhead. Increase your time in the pose as you progress.
4 ) Adopt the plank position. Use your elbows, or arms to balance on the pad. Increase your time in the pose as you progress.
5 ) Balance with one arm. Raise one arm and keep one arm to balance your body. Try raising one leg. Increase your time in the pose as you progress.
Please store your balance pad flat and avoid any pressure from objects on top of the pad for long periods of time to extend the life of the product. Clean any mess with fresh water and allow to air dry.
