Delivery

Orders are dispatched the same day for all orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri / 12pm Sat.

Items for next day special delivery can be purchased up until 4pm monday-friday, and until 12pm on a saturday with next day delivery being on the following monday.

Standard delivery for all UK bound items uses Royal mail 48 and costs £2.99 - A parcel service that aims to take 1-2 days for delivery. 

Special delivery for all UK bound items uses Royal mail special delivery 1pm and costs £7.99 - A parcel service that guarantees delivery by 1pm next working day.

Standard delivery for all international bound items uses Royal mail airmail - A parcel service that aims to reach the most of the mainland EU within 4-5 days, and the rest of the world in 7-10 days.  Pricing is based on the item weight and destination and can be viewed during the checkout for confirmation.

Heavy and bulky items are sent by Parcelforce, UPS, or palletised courier.  Delivery times vary, between 1-5 days.

Returns

Returns for unwanted goods are accepted within 14 days of your purchase.  Please contact us for a return code and instructions.

Should we get your order wrong, or in the unlikely event your products arrive damaged or defective, your item will be replaced, or you will be offered a refund.

We do not offer free returns for unwanted goods.
